Behavioral Research in Organizations

BRiO brings together researchers from emlyon business school studying behavior in organizations. 

We draw from a variety of disciplines (i.e., behavioral economics, human resource management, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, social psychology, and neuroscience) to study behavioral questions relevant to organizations.


A non-exhaustive list of topics that members of the group are working on includes:

human-AI interaction at work, work-stress, motivation and incentives, mental health at work, proactive work behaviors, work design, pay and employee health, emotional labor, decisions under risk and uncertainty, prevention behavior, decision-making within couples and households, trust and trustworthiness
