Alexander BELL
Associate Professor 

I am an associate professor of entrepreneurship and corporate innovation and director of the emlyon business school incubator-accelerator. I have some fifteen years’ experience in supporting the development of  innovative start-ups and I am a member of strategic boards and boards of growing companies.

My research focuses on ambidexterity and the organisational management of innovation in SMEs, ETIs and large groups, in particular the cohabitation between the core business and new exploration/innovation initiatives. I am also interested in hyper-growth in start-ups.
