I teach strategy implementation at emlyon business school in entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship programs on all levels.

Previously I have held business development and management positions in SMEs, large corporations, and start-ups.

 I explore enterprises and organizations as dynamic social systems and analyse how they face internal and external stress. My passion for positive deviants has allowed me to constitute a large base of various examples and practices. These elements inspire the creation of impactful action learning architectures, especially in customized executive programs. Together with some of my colleagues we are currently researching how specialized AI tools amplify the impact of entrepreneurial training programs.
